Q: When will my order arrives?

A: International orders may take up to 25++ business days (untracked mail) and 14-27 business days (tracked mail) to arrive. For tracked mail, please click here and insert your tracking number to check your order.

A: Local orders may take up to 14++ business days (untracked mail) and 7 business days (tracked mail) to arrive. For tracked mail, please click here and insert your tracking number to check your order.

Q: What if my order is lost (untracked mail)?

A: We are unable to give any refunds or be responsible for your mail once it leaves the post office. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, if you placed order with tracking number we will refund your money.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Processing times are from 2-11 days depending on the volume of orders, but we try our best to ship everything within a week.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from Sabah, Malaysia 

Q: Are your stickers waterproof?

A: All of our stickers are printed on waterproof matte sticker paper. Please check the description of each item for more information.

Q: What I can purchase with untracked mail?

A: We highly advised you to only purchase flat items (stickers,art prints, etc) and for bulky items like keychains, clay pins, memopads and etc are more suitable with tracked mail. This is to avoid extra shipping fee and to ensure your mail arrive safely. Any additional shipping fees are under customer's responsibility. You"ll be notified through email.
